Ms. Kepler is an active member of WealthCounsel, LLC., a nationwide collaboration of estate planning attorneys and other legal, tax and business professionals. This collaborative effort has allowed Ms. Kepler to maintain the personal service of a small law firm while providing her clients with the most up-to-date estate planning strategies available.

Ms. Kepler graduated from the University of California Riverside earning a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, in Philosophy and Law in Society. She earned her Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California. While at Chapman, Ms. Kepler completed her tax law certificate and represented clients through Chapman’s low income taxpayer clinic. Most recently, in May of 2010, Ms. Kepler received her LL.M. (Legal Masters) in Taxation at Chapman University School of Law.

A resident of Temecula since 1995, Ms. Kepler is a proud mother of two, both graduates of Temecula Valley High School. Her daughter continued her education at the University of Southern California – Go Trojans- earning her BA in Cinematic Arts Film and Television Production in May 2012. Her son is on his way in earning his Art degree. Currently attending classes at Palomar College, Ryan has become immersed in the school’s glass blowing program. Ms. Kepler’s own life experience has given her a unique perspective and in-depth understanding about the challenges facing families today. More importantly, she cares about her clients, their families, their goals and their wishes.

Ms. Kepler is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and served as a co-chair of the Riverside County Bar Association Estate Planning Probate and Elder Law Section (2011-2012).
